KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) has been hosting the annual International Workshop on EEWS (Energy, Environment, Water and Sustainability) since 2008 with the objective of establishing a multi-disciplinary research and educational system to investigate the innovative technologies for green energies and solutions for climate change.
To address one of the key issues, securing sustainable and renewable energy sources, KAIST EEWS is organizing a special workshop on International EEWS workshop on next generation solar energy conversion technologies to be held on Nov 9-10, 2016 at KAIST KI Building (2nd floor Matrix Hall) on the Daejeon campus.
This workshop aims to overview recent progress and key issues in next-generation energy conversion technologies and to provide opportunities to discuss on their future directions. Topics include (but are not limited to) solar cells based on perovskites, organic semiconductors, compound semiconductors, and nano-based materials. We hope you take a full advantage of this workshop to find a solution you have been looking for or to meet a collaboration partner who can bring the technologies and knowledge you may be missing. We look forward to meeting all of you at the workshop.
With warmest regards,
Chair of Workshop, KAIST
